Yes, every item at CRM Jewelers undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our in-house experts to guarantee 100% authenticity before being listed for sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and select cryptocurrency payments. For high-value transactions, bank wire is often the preferred and fastest method.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide using fully insured, signature-required express couriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure your luxury purchase arrives safely and promptly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 2-day inspection period for online orders. If you are not satisfied, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact for a refund.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Most of our timepieces come with the remaining manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, CRM Jewelers provides a one-year limited warranty on the movement of pre-owned watches.
